Collectively, the Notes have a weighted average coupon rate of approximately 6.180%. The Notes are expected to be secured by certain residential fiber network assets and related customer agreements in the States of Texas, Arkansas, Kentucky, Ohio, Georgia, Iowa, Alabama, Florida, North Carolina and Oklahoma.
