Furthermore, it undertakes the planning, development, entitlement, management, and sale of commercial land suitable for retail, office, hotel, senior living, multi-family, self-storage, and industrial applications. This segment also engages in the cultivation and sale of forestry products like pulpwood and sawtimber.
