(Nasdaq: “CVBF”) and Heritage Commerce Corp (Nasdaq: “HTBK”), and between CVBF's wholly owned banking subsidiary, Citizens Business Bank (“CBB” and, with CVBF, “Citizens”) and HTBK's wholly-owned banking subsidiary, Heritage Bank of Commerce (“HBC” and, with HTBK, “Heritage”), were  completed on April 17, 2026.
