(Nasdaq: ORKA), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing novel monoclonal antibody therapeutics for psoriasis and other inflammatory and immunology indications, today announced the pricing of its upsized underwritten public offering of 9,660,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $72.50 per share.
