The fund is co-managed by Invesco Advisers, Inc. It invests in fixed income markets of the United States. The fund primarily invests in U.S. treasury notes, bills and bonds with maturities between 1 month and 12 months. It seeks to track the performance of the ICE U.S. Treasury Short Bond Index, by using representative sampling technique.
