The Fund seeks to replicate, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the ICE Intermediate AMT-Free Broad National Municipal Transition Index. The Intermediate Index is comprised of publicly traded municipal bonds that cover the US dollar denominated intermediate term tax-exempt bond market.
