iShares Trust - iShares High Yield Systematic Bond ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by BlackRock, Inc. The fund is managed by BlackRock Fund Advisors. It invests in fixed income markets of global region. The fund invests in U.S. dollar-denominated, fixed-rate high yield corporate bonds that are rated below Baa3 by Moody’s, or below BBB- by S&P or Fitch and have at least one year remaining to maturity.
